Hello Antonio,
Your call center is broken. I have attemped to order 48 baby shower favors since February 24, 2015. The quantity has been incorrect twice now. I only recieved 4 favors with both shipments. After numerous calls I had to cancel my order for fear I would not receive the favors in time for my first grandson's baby shower. I went directly to the Kate Aspen website and ordered them there. Imagine this! I have all 48 shower favors. Ordered on April 3rd and received on April 7th 2015. I am awaiting my credit from your company as I have been billed for all of the 48 favors that were never received. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an online order, and your call center team truly needs training. Thank you for listening. I plan on spending alot of time at our Baby R Us store here in Greensburg PA. I will not use your online ordering process again.
