I have an idea that might help your restaurant chain out. Make a policy that all burgers are made with care or a satisfaction mandatory, in this i mean the cheese will be centered and the bacon spread out evenly and not mashed in the center. This really makes a big difference in good from great and people coming back. Maybe its possible to market the idea into a logo (red check mark saying "we care" who knows and put it on other franchises.thanks for reading
