i've been a scottrade user for decades ... i've been having problems with the new elite (tradeideas specifically) and the elite team's customer service (my local broker is also quite unsupportive)... i strongly feel this is important enough to contact you directly. Please contact me directly so we can resolve this issue since i'm a member of a group and can confirm others having the same issues.Rudy
