Mr. Kelly,

I have flown Southwest Airlines for many years and have never had the experience that I had a few weeks ago. I was seated in the very last row before the bathrooms in the back of the plane on the isle seat. The two other passengers needed to used to seat belt extenders for the seats. Please understand that Im not complaining about them. My complaint is with the flight attendant who physically push me more that 5 timesbecause I was positioned in the isle do to the other passengers in my row. Every time they came down the isle and my eyes were shut they would try to push me back out of the isle but I couldnt go anywhere. After complaining to Southwest when I arrived back home at BWI I received a voucher for $75 dollars. I find this to be an insult after paying $900 for a roundtrip ticket from BWI to Las Vegas nonstop. To this day no one has ever apologized for this rude behavior.
