Rick Vettraino sent a message to John B. Koch, Chief Executive Officer and President, PODS Enterprises, Inc. – email address that said:

Mr. Koch,
I am emailing you to say how utterly disgusted I am with your company and customer service. I ordered a POD to be delivered to my home in Waterloo, Iowa and then taken to our new home in Laguna Woods, California. The delivery to our home in Waterloo and pick up went flawless. They picked up the POD January 30, 2017. We scheduled it for delivery to our new home for February 10, 2017. On Thursday February 9th we received a call that the Pod was delayed until Saturday and I would receive a call on Friday to give the 3 hour window which it would be delivered. I never receive the call. I call the customer service line and spok e for 45 minutes on the 10th. I was assured I would hear first thing in the morning I did not. Again I a went online chatted with a Bob, he said the Pod had not arrived in the franchise location. i asked if he could tell me where it was. His reply was that he emailed logistics and the franchise i would hear aback for them. That was an hour and a half ago and nothing. I have people lined upped lot move and it is costing me money as they sit and sit. I will hit every social media site I can think of to tell my story
