I am writing this to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the level of service Yamaha has provided to me.
Yamaha motor bike has always been my dream bike since my childhood and it was a pleasure of own one when I finally got one.
I own a FZ8 (2013 purchased brand new), it has been great so far and well looked after and loved. It had some engine noise and has been sitting with Yamaha dealer service station since past month and half because of delay in sourcing the spare part.
More over the part that got damaged is something that should last longer (its timing chain and the tensioner).
So far I have been chasing all over and haven’t got any positive response, all are blaming the new software that Yamaha has.
