Venmo has got to be the worse money transfer service in existence. I sent money to my grandson who has the same name as me. My account was frozen because your employees thought that I was sending money to myself. Now they are having difficulty with the concept that Fidelity Cash Management Accounts are through a bank with a different name. Meanwhile, $2500 of my money is being withheld.
