Hi Sir , I am an Airtel user for more than 14 years I never had much of issues but from past one year the Airtel services has been degraded like anything and that is very sad ,There is a billing issue for my Airtel number " 9867506326" I paid 800 Rs on 22nd of April from Airtel website "airtel.in" but due to some reason it is not reflecting in Airtel system , I have spoken to Bank and they informed the payment was cleared to Airtel and there was no revert of that payment . I have Escalated this number of times but hearing the same repeated that the Transaction ID is invalid, I have never seen such Pathetic Customer Service in years from Airtel , I was very Happy but now I am so pissed with the repetitive answers .They are blocking my Outgoing for payment issues , I am purposely not doing it now because I am not getting any solution for the concern I have Raised .I know such a big company with one user leaving they might be not effected but the kind of customer service degradation which the company is showing soon the list of users will decrease and this time big. The kind of frustration your customer service has created now even I feel like breaking the SIM card and throwing it away. If you people have little concern about your long term users please work on to Improve the services. I hope I have not written this much in vain
