Sadly, NO help or solution for my case ref 3743259451,1153064225, but Samsung India updates me that "...your query was answered satisfactorily". from the beginning Samsung On7 Pro phone has net connectivity problems . I have tried Airtel & Idea connections. Almost always signal strength drops to minimum if 4G is selected (both with Idea & Airtel SIM). For last few days often it shows no internet even though there is signal!! This leads to problems and Apps cannot be updated.
When contacted Idea advised me to clear cache in this way: Main menu> Samsung> Internet> Options>Settings> Privacy> Delete Personal Data> Cache> Delete.
I visited Samsung Service Center, Rajarhat, Kolkata ,India at 6.15 pm, 24.04.19 but technician at counter 12 could not find any such option and only advised software update.
I again request Samsung to please solve the continued problem.
