Dear Mr. Rutledge,
Spectrum has wanted INSIDE of my Brooklyn, NY building to install "Spectrum-access equipment" for... six floors? (The building, which is blocks from Downtown Brooklyn, is eleven floors --- part of the building is already serviced by Spectrum--- but Spectrum could not get inside access to service the remaining floors.)
(Spectrum needs to access the outside of building, through adjoining private property --- this was the issue ---)
I have everything resolved --- permission from adjoining property ---
