Good Morning Sir, I am reaching out to you today as I have had no joy with your customer service department regarding a recent transaction on my PayPal account. I have recently sold a brand new GalaxyS10 through ebay and the buyer paid through paypal, I won this phone and was using the money towards Christmas for my 2 boys as I am a single parent, I work full time, pay all of my own bills and am a genuinely honest person. For some reason PayPal have refunded my buyer it was £550, and I am now in debt to PayPal for over £300, I don't understand why PayPal refunded them as they have the phone and I have all messages and have sent them to PayPal, but because I sent it to another address, as my buyer requested and as I have evidenced to your Customer Services, I am still out of pocket and have another debt. What I don't understand most is why PayPal refunded my buyer in the first place as there was no reason at all. Please, please, please can you help me with this? I am at my last resort, it is theft and fraud as far as i'm concerned, I don't know what else is left for me to do other than go to the police? Who knows, nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

I know you must be extremely busy and I apologise coming directly to you, but I had little choice left to me.
