Dear Ms. Nye,
I’m writing this letter to inform you that one of your employees put me in a hazardous position. On Thursday, August 4th, while I was shopping in the seafood department, a Hispanic employee went into the back of the store and brought out the floor cleaning machine. She encircled me with the machine and left water on the floor, making it difficult for me to walk. I was afraid I would fall because I am a disabled senior citizen. I also have heart problems.
It seemed odd that the employee just brought the machine out to go around me and then took it back to the storeroom. No other part of the floor was cleaned. Nothing was on the floor where I was standing. Travis was the assistant manager on duty.
I generally spend over two hundred dollars a month at Farm Fresh. I’ve been a customer for over fifty years, and live in the neighborhood. I would like to be compensated for the humiliation. You can call me. A prompt reply would be appreciated.
