This is a formal complaint against the PNC Bank on 10440 Maysville Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana - IN 46835. My mother is a very loyal customer there, and we both went there to open up a CD account that was $5,000. An employee named Pamela was handling our account , and she was extremely rude, distrusful, sneaky, underhanded, and disrespectful! She kept the door closed n an office not for privacy, but to keep us roasted in the room with many interruptions from other employees that were yelling, and had the air conditioning off, leaving us alone on a weekday morning that was slow in a room for 30 minutes alone, while they were doing nothing and it wasn't busy. They were being told to stall us and not give us any service! She was also purposely not dialing the right number for 30 minutes as well! We were trying to speak with an investor on the phone so he could tell us our best options and she was deliberately blocking the call! She and the rest of the employees also told third parties outside of the building, who aren't even customers there, the details of me and my mother's account! They breached our privacy big time! We got messages, and even groups of strangers talking about the amount of money we had in a CD in a public restaurant! And they made it a point to let us know exactly what she had said to us in her office! We also got text messages from these third parties who are her friends, and they were asking if we deposited $5,000 in a CD account! We told no one else about this! They're doing this because Renee Cummings at wmee Radio, Dawn Cummings at Tobacco Stop and Home Depot, Shanda Shaleen Balser and Felicia Bender at Walmart are telling them to do this and they are! We don't like what they did, and they didn't ask for permission to give out any of our information! They are giving out our and other customers' sensitive financial information out to their friends! They also had groups of men following us out to our car and surrounding us as we left in the parking lot! And they had them all following us before we went in, and, they were yelling about Trump inside the lobby and blocking our way to the counter so we couldn't speak to a teller
! And the tellers were part of it to! They were all constantly calling and texting these third parties and telling them what was going on the entire time we were there! They invaded our confidentiality! They knew what was going on and were also in on it as well! We were mistreated and our privacy was broken and we never want this to happen again so please fire them and the rest of the staff immediately! We want his handled immediately! This was a racially-motivated attack!
