How do I file a complaint with your corporate office about having to wait 2+ weeks for a pick-up? I don’t want this POD in my driveway any longer. I need it picked up ASAP! I WILL NOT WAIT 2+WEEKS! This is REDICUOLUS! Customer Service said the soonest they can pick-up my empty POD is JUNE 4-6? WTF! WhY can you rent pods today.. but you can’t get rid of them when you are finished??? I don’t want to be a storage spot for PODS. Don’t rent so many out if you can’t PICK THEM BACK UP!
