I have 2 elderly parents with medical conditions that rely on their mobiles. I have been trying to change to another network and need NUC codes and been given the run around both by phone and online chat. I made the first mistake on one phone but on the other did everything right. However having to wait 40 days for a NUC code for my mistake and refill and wait a further 10 days for the other phone is a total disgrace. The run around by phone and chat has me at the end of my tether. I have now got to the point that if this is not resolved in the next 24 hours I will be taking this to the papers and Ombudsman. I await a speedy reply on this matter. Oh and given the run around when I asked for the complaints number 6 different numbers?????
