I would like you to personally deal with my issue as per below email I sent to Hotpoint. All I got back 2 days later was a generic email saying I should have a live chat with them if I wanted to!
Since I sent the email I had an engineer to my house who told me there were no records of the first call out where I was charged £90 for that pleasure which should have been a warranty issue but I was charged. I videoed him fixing it again this time which unless I get a refund and a new fridge am will post on social media. It is of him un screwing the back of the freezer and taking it off (which I have seen them doing 5 times now to my fridges) He then told me to boil the kettle to pour over it to get the ice off! Then he put it back on. He said it will happen again ! I actually know it will as there is a fault with these fridges which is all over the internet and your engineers confirm this. However each time we have to pay for the privilege of you doing this due to your fault with these fridges. Why should I pay for an issue that is a design fault for the lifetime of the fridge ! I gave my mum my Hotpoint fridge freezer which was 25 years old that has never had an issue ! You ruined all my food each time and I cannot afford that as the fridge stopped working completely! No one seems to care at all from Hotpoint and your staff are either rude or have no clue ! Do you think this is acceptable? I sure as hell donât and as I say unless I get a refund for a new fridge and money for my damage good and the £90 I had to pay after this new one was just over a year old I will put that video on the internet.
Sorry Maurizio but the way I have been treated is unacceptable and how I am meant to keep having this happen In the future is a joke. Do you thin k its acceptable for an engineer to tell me it will happen again and again and again at my cost! I may as well bin the fridge as it will cost me more than the fridge is worth. Unfortunately I cannot do this as I cannot afford to.

I have chased this guy Maurizio Pettorino many times but nothing and it says he is the CEO of Hotpoint Indesit. You are the CEO of Whirlpool so I am hoping you can help?
Honestly this video is shameful and the fact you openly have an issue with the fridges and openly say it WILL happen again at my cost.
All I want is a refund or new fridge and I will go away.
