I am contacting you for help concerning my bill which I have made arrangements to pay tomorrow feb 19 th due to medical issues that I have it is impossible to pay it at this time I have tried to get someone from the executive office to call me back to try to make another arrangement to pay I have been a Comcast customer since 2006 and due to so many things happening since March of last year has been a strain. I hope you can get back to me to discuss this matter.
