I have called two BBT branches here in Moore County NC to find out why one of our clients is being charged $12/month maintenance fee on his father's estate account, which currently only carries a balance of less than $300 and not one staff person could answer my question and referred me to the branch manager who was out to lunch. I think you would agree that this is a simple question that anyone and everyone in a BBT branch should be able to answer. A result of too-big-to-fail? Possibly. Thank you.
