I have contacted your Executive Customer Service (40) times concerning being hung upon several times while calling Waterford, CT.. Never did get ahold of anyone but gave Target $135.00. A few days later spoke to Manager I though Kim could careless about (24) rings and click. Terrible sir nice way to treat your customer!!..
As far as your executive Customer Service your department is flat use!ess , have zero care for issues, and have cost you this customer!
(4) days of calls zero action complaint put in after I was told the stores Marketing / DM would call Friday!!!!!! zero call????? Your Companies CUSTOMER SERVICE absolutely sucks!!! Sir your company doesnt understand who pays Sears Holdings Bills!!!!! Thank you for the whole experience!!!!! I have wasted hours of my time dealing with your employees trust me I Don t work for you!!!!!! I will never step foot in any of your locations! Your employees dont care at all about your customers!
