I placed a vintage Chanel bag on eBay last week. It sold for $900. I spoke with one of your supervisors today (Jeff ID#43010) who insists I am a new seller and will not release my funds. The bag was shipped and my buyer loves it. I have sold many items on eBay over the past few years including h a Grand Piano, and he seems to think Im a new seller and will not release my funds. This is outrageous! I have outstanding debt which needs to be paid ASAP and I cannot wait until he figures out who I am. Your company already deducted their fair share so where is mine and why is it sitting with PayPal.
I expect the funds to be in my acct tomorrow or you will lose a valued seller.
