I wish to express my deep dissatisfaction with Dicks Sporting goods on my most recent – Edward W Stack email address

I wish to express my deep dissatisfaction with Dicks Sporting goods on my most recent purchases.

My first purchase about a month ago, I ordered a pair of indoor soccer shoes, when they arrived, they were a little small. I took them to my local dealer and they didn\'t have a substitute. I asked for a refund and they said, sorry you have to wait, nothing I can do for you.

I waited and then got my credit. I then ordered the proper size, which happened to cost and additional $15.00. Placed the order. Waited almost 2 weeks only to find out that the website is having issues, cannot fulfill my order, etc. and that I was going to be credited that amount plus and additional $50.00 for the inconvience.

Yet, here we are almost an entire week or so later after that, I am still waiting on my refund. Dick\'s Sporting Goods had No problem taking my hard earned money right away, but good luck trying to get it back when I had absolutely nothing to do with the disruption.

I have been coaching soccer for over 25 years and provide services to many teams at the youth level, high schools and I always encourage them to go to Dick\'s for there equipment. I am beginning to re-think that.

Not sure if this will actually make it to your desk, but figured it can\'t hurt since the retailer is useless at this point!!!!
