I’ve had a very difficult time getting a order that I place in a store – Edward W Stack email address

Beverly sent a message to Edward W. Stack - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dick's Sporting Goods - Email Address that said:

I've had a very difficult time getting a order that I place in a store on January 4,2016. I started calling because it was in stock and I was told it would ship in 2-3 days. The customer rep was not very friendly but finally said I would get a $10.00 credit back to my account. On Monday the 11th I call because I still had no tracking number the customer rep I talked to was very helpful and finally got a tracking number. On Tuesday I noticed on my account there was a full refund which I was shocked. I finally talked to a supervisor who helped replace my order and today 1/15 I received the first ordered but money was taken back out of my account. I finally called again today 1/15 and asked why I never received my refund the customer rep gave me the run around finally had to,ask for a supervisor and was told he took care of it. I want you to know after this I will not shop at Dicks again. I felt like I keep getting the run around and nobody cared.
