Several times we have contacted Dicks concerning becoming a service provider / vendor for your company to assembly bikes, etc.
I started in the assembly business in the late 1980s and serviced K-Mart, Lowes and Home Depot in the Greater Atlanta area.
In the areas that we service, we are considered the top assembly company.
We invest time and money into out assembly techs to ensure that the retailer has product assembled correctly, which will create less returns.
I personally have visited several stores inwhich members of your management team have said that wish they could use a company based on response time and quality and not one company.
We offer that kind of service.
No, we are not a national company, however in my years of experience one thing I have learned is that when there is competition, quality and response time increases.
We would love to prove ourselves to Dicks and I am certain that as word spreads throughout the region we serve, more and more Dicks management teams would be requesting our service.
Even if you would allow us one or more stores on a trail bases to prove our abilities, it would began a long and lasting relationships.
