Mr O'Leary,

Can you please get someone from your service team on the phone/live chat to respond to my urgent request? I need to check in my daughter (15, turning 16 in October) who is flying with a Spanish friend (16) to Santander on Sunday. I cannot book my daughter in because she is under 16, however she is accompanied by a 16yr old which, according to your rules, is what's required. I need to speak to customer service urgently to check her in. The lines are dead, and the live chat has not been working for at least 3 days. I have spent a full day's work with this yesterday. Please don't tell me I can't expect customer service with a cheap flight - this flight was nearly 140 Pounds one-way. I normally avoid Ryanair like the plague exactly because of bad customer service like this, but you're the only ones flying London - Santander, and her friend was booked on this flight already. Can you please get someone to get back to me asap?
