We purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio Washer just over a year ago. We started the repair process during our first year warranty because this washer would not get all the clothes wet or rinse all the soap out. (Water level bad and design horrible.) Service replaced water valves and circuit board with no improvement. Was advised by service to contact Whirlpool to see what they would do. Answer was nothing-they don\'t replace appliances even under warranty. Won\'t stand behind their own products. Reviews for this washer are all very bad. We now have to buy a new washer again. I also build homes and have used Whirlpool appliances, but never will again. Customer service is terrible. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB. Company needs to stand behind their products and admit this particular design and model doesn\'t work. Thought you should know. Customer service was very sarcastic.
