Hello....My name is Greg and I would like to stress the disappointment that I had at you store...I ordered a Michael Kors Sachel Bag for my wife for Christmas and it was charged that day to my Macies credit card which was Nov 25the Wed before Thanksgiving...so we get an email from Macies that this Sachel purse was unavailable after we had ordered it...the purchase was on my card...so Dec 15 I called Customer Service to help me correct the proublem that Macies made...I was on hold for an unacceptable amount of time ..then we got passed on to another Rep that kept us on hold for more time...I have been a shopper for years with Macies and this was the worst Customer Service I have ever gotton .My phone number is and is all I was asking for was to be compensated for another Michael Kors Purse for the amount that was charged for the first one...... How do you suggest to handle this matter ?just looking for a fair solution......I Thank you again for your time....Greg .
