Brian sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy that said:

Your reseller "Limited Goods is unresponsive regarding a return. I purchased a Sansa Clip from Best Buy. It is unopened in original packaging. I would now like to return it at the Best Buy in Woobury, Minnesota as the "reseller" will not communicate with me. Please contact the Woodbury store and make arrangements for this return.
