Helen sent a message to Edward Lampert Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. Lampert,

I am very disappointed in the terrible customer service Sears has given me recently. Reading a website in frustration, I see this is a continuing problem with Sears. Wow! I grew up in Illinois and this was such a well-respected company, but I can see this is not the case anymore, sadly. I thought I had a simple sales task. I called a Sears salesperson to purchase a microwave and an electric range, made the purchase and set up a date for them to be delivered. Only 1 item was delivered and I have spent HOURS on the phone with incompetent sales, delivery and customer service reps being sent from one person to another to another, up to, no kidding 10 calls and still nothing was done. I finally went to the store to pick up my microwave and they didn't even have it there and still don't know where my microwave is, nor have 2 people called me back about it, delivery or salesperson. Wow! What a poorly run company. I wonder how long the incompetence can continue before Sears is out of business? A very DISSATISFIED customer!!!!!
