So in spite of the suggestion that I can renew my existing password, it would appear that I really cannot.
Looking at the requirements for a new password, they are:
At least one digit
At least one lowercase alphabetic character
At least one uppercase alphabetic character
At least one special character
No whitespace
8 - 16 characters.
How am I supposed to change my password frequently, incorporate these requirements, and remember it every time I log in (because I can't set it up to memorize the damned PW)?
This, on top of the changes to the telephone system that make it impractical to call inside sales, does not make it easier for me to purchase from you. I would have thought as a sales organization that would be the ultimate goal.
It seems the tail is wagging the dog. Too bad.
