I have tried several times to make payment arrangements for my bill I have had to stay on hold now a total of 4 hours. I asked for your name! They refused to give it to me. I don't feel that is a way to do business. I have been charged for a phone I don't have. The bill was astronomical due to the fact I only have the internet. One person could not speak english.Transferred here then there all the while still on hold for all Transferred calls. Sir could you please find the time to call me that would be wonderful. I really feel like you don't want my business.I also have Friends that I was going to refer your company to now I have changed my mind.
