Dear J. Paul Raines:
On 12/21/15, my husband Willie and I Tammy ordered 2 Xbox 360 Ferrari 458 Racing Wheels. I was told the items were available online by the store clerk and the store clerk assisted me with making this purchase online, I also paid for priority service.
Unfortunately, the items never shipped out within the two days, I called the online 800 number on 12/29/15 and spoke with a supervisor who told me that I should have received an email stating the items were discontinued. We went over my email address to verify that it was correct which it was. She then told me she would refund the money to me by check. to this day, I have not receive my money back. Your online status update states that my order is still open. My boys Christmas was ruined because of this.. I'm so not happy with the service I received.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate my money refunded a.s.a.p and something to compensate the ruined Christmas my 2 boys went thru.
