My name is Desiree and I sure hope this goes directly to you so that this will be the last time I have to relate my concerns, experiences (with Walmart.com, the help number 1800 Walmart, transferring back and forth with corporate office numbers, speaking to managers an customer rep, reference numbers. warehouse and store mangers an associates, the product) all these issue, that it had to come to get to someone in the CEO dept in hopes of helping me resolve all my issues i have a long story and its to long to write but i do have a couple of reference number that might give you a idea of the situation without going into a lot in the email and consume to much of your time so maybe you will be the one help me here. it is as brief and short as i can get but is missing a lot of important details summary I purchase a 82 gallon Flotec water tank pre-charged on Walmart.com on Dec 26 15 so it said apply for Walmart credit card save 35.00 so i did i was approved so i used my Walmart credit card showing in my Walmart acct online with only 4 last digits of the blue Walmart credit card i ordered the tank was a total with taxes 218.27 free store to site shipping so i had it shipped to Berlin NJ super Walmart store, tracked the progress every day twice a day from when it was shipped from Walmart warehouse in Wa, then went to a fedx facility in Chicago, next to Ohio, to Keasby NJ, to Barrington NJ facility and finally to Berlin Walmart superstore all one day stay at each facility.Got email Monday Jan 4, to pick up at store went to store around 4 45 pm got in store went to the desk for pickup with email confirmation press the button to contact associate to help get my product so i asked for manager came after about 15 minutes with one associate in returns desk area helping a customer one in line then line kept growing and one scanning returns in cart, manager came took my phone number my email paper and id got the sales receipt sign paper and checked the product in front of everyone right there in the store box was beat up and making sure not dented, went to load in my truck only to see it was the wrong size took it right back in store waited again there was a longer return line again, associate walks over to the pick up counter i said i want to return this i just walked out to load but saw its the wrong size associate tells us we have to wait in the returns long line to return, my husband then said we aren't waiting again we just got this and it wrong and we been waiting both times were not waiting in that long line as he asked for the manager the girl went on answering the call on the phone so we asked another associate that was walking by to get the store manager as we were waiting i called the 1800 Walmart number got a customer rep told her the story from the beginning she told me no worries u can return it and we will credit it back to the Walmart credit card and u have to reorder the product again i will wave shipping and handling 10 percent discount for trouble your having and u will get the tank by the 8th of January but u have to call back this number 1 800 Walmart to repurchase the same item and give them this number i am going to give u so they can see the notes as i doing this the manager and my husband can't return and get the credit to my credit card because i didn't receive the Walmart credit card yet but have a bill and payment due January 25 and its in my Walmart in my payment section but the card is only showing the last four digits of the card number so i had to hand the phone to the store manager so they can speak to each other for the credit goes back to the Walmart card cause i did not have the physical Walmart credit card and the manager in the store needed the whole number and the manager said the girl took care of the credit on her end since the charge card is not available now with the whole number and handed me my phone back, my husband took care of that as i was still on the phone with the rep and the rep said here is a number for reference so this is were i am going to stop but there is more important explanation to this story to see the whole pictures so this is the short of the story and if needed and should be told later to fully understand why i felt the need to contact you. Please I so need you to help me and not transfer me back to someone and i have to go through all the channels again and again there is a whole lot of story for you to fully understand the whole issues here that i am experiencing and i really would like to explain cause i feel its very important to the resolving and understanding the whole issue please can u be the one to help there just bits and pieces you will be seeing and reading to give u a some what of an idea of the story i can be reached at home email.
