Dear Mr O’Leary My name is Giacomo, I live in Banbury and, recently, I – Michael OLeary email address

Giacomo sent a message to Michael O'€™Leary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:

Dear Mr O'Leary

My name is Giacomo, I live in Banbury and, recently, I flew with you from Rome to London.

This email is to make you aware of how badly me and my pregnant wife have been treated by your ground crew at Ciampino airport. This complete disrespect and unkindness for the special condition of my wife, has caused a state of great stress and anxiety to her, obliging her to endure strong pains throughout all the duration of the flight. In case any problem has been caused to the baby, this will not be the last time you will be hearing from us, of course.

Therefore we would like to inform you about our will to not fly with Ryanair any more and to let all our relatives, friends and colleagues know about what happened.

Our impression is that you are interested more in selling scratchcards that in looking after your customers.

Hoping you will at least read this message.

Kindest regards
