As a customer of WellCare have been very happy - as a customer of WellCare your computer system is not good at all. When there is an increase in premiums for our drug plan why can't your IT people just make the increase instead of me calling, being on the phone for over 45 minutes with 3 people trying to get the old amount undone and the new amount in so it is ready for the January 28th payment date. January 5, 2016 I started this process because the system would not allow the customer to update the information - then I got two people who could not comprehend my english nor could I comprehend their Spanglish but Tina was the most helpful and understandable. I am old and this is frustrating. I don't want to be discontinued because of an antiquated computer system that makes me have to do something that should be something the company should do. I have been notified of the increase, I am not changing my drug plan and I want to stay with WellCare but this is ridiculous! Thank you for listening - you have a big job......Cheryl
