After my dad dies last year, my handicapped brother moved in with us, I am looking at taking all my family to Spain for a holiday this year, however because my brother needs a carer I think i would have to pay full price for him, is this the case or do you do reduced/free fairs for carers of disabled? I know similar things are available in other industries but can not see anything regarding flying.
