I am a longtime shopper, tho not much recently since there is no catalog. The online site really has problems. Today I spent 2 1/2 hours trying to order. The site wouldn't let me change my expired card, and wouldn't let me add a new card number. It then locked me out, deleted my order. I signed in again, did the order, and was able to (I thought) add the new card and submit. Then I got an email saying the order wasn't processed and was cancelled. I called customer service and sat on hold about 12 minutes. The man was able to add my new number and process the order, at least I hope. But it shouldn't take this much to order anything. Ever. That's what is wrong with Penneys. Thank you.
