My name is Ken and I have been a direct tv subscriber for awhile and on 1/8/16 I had one of my genie mini boxes go bad and I called your customer service to see if I could get another box after going thru trouble shooting for over an hour I was told a tech. would have to come to my house and the soonest would be 1/29/19 I asked to speak to a supervisor and that took 1/2 hour to get her on the phone. Your service is terrible and your response time is the worst I have ever seen If I wanted a new dish they could have come the next day. This is unacceptable I remember seeing you on undercover boss and you talked all about service to your customers and yours sucks. Kenneth
