David sent a message to John Strangfeld Chairman and CEO, Prudential Financial, Inc. that said:
I have had a policy since April 15, 1991 ( I also worked for you,too).
I have always had difficult getting in contact with your company over the phone. Today I waited 30 mins before giving up trying to get to an agent.
Also today I called Verizon and got an agent immediately.
Why is that???
P.S. I probably will not an answer from you either.
