IPC Staffing sent a message to Jerry DeMuro - President and CEO, BAE Systems plc - Email Address that said:
On December 11, 2015 Justin was cursed at and yelled at by supervisor at his work place, BAE. Justin had someone contact BAE and supervisor was fired on December 15, 2015. After manager was fired, Justin was harassed on that day and after by this supervisor and another supervisor.
On December 19, 2015 at BAE Mobile Alabama Facility, an audio of Justin getting cursed at was played in a business meeting. After audio was played! Supervisor James Livings called Justin out in meeting saying you got that guy fired and you are going to get yours. Saying this real loud over Justin. Also saying this the way the yard is. Turning this meeting into a trial and setting up ground work for more disrespect and retaliation. This was a direct threat to Justin and he should not be treated like this in front of a crowd of people. This was very embarrassing. James Livings shared confidential corporate information that BAE ethics said not to expose. This mission to harrass and retaliate against Mr. Mitchell was carried out by Harold and James Livings. Gene instructed James to do this in the business meeting.
