My wife and I have been satisfied Nespresso customers
for many years. We recently bought a new Pixie machine
for Christmas. We have had problems with it (ie. coffee not hot enough, and little crema) . We called customer service and did not have a reasonable resolution to our problem, plus the lady on line was not very friendly or accommodating. We would appreciate you giving us a call.
