Hope u can help me by looking into this case, i been using singtel for years under corp account. all this while been fine. Thing start to happen last two years when i receive a huge amount of balance and follow by lawyer letter. Was told I re-contract and sign up a mobile on roadshow (which not true) DHL does not have roadshow and they can't even provide me black and white. After 2 months i did not receive any letter or call back from them...i think was singtel internal issues. So i does not bother since case closed. Today this happen again, i was really disappointed. Was told i got balance amount of $700plus under personal account which i have to clear before re-contract. shocking news to me again...since when i sign up this account and is my IC been misused again?
I really hope you can look into this, please help.
