Kim sent a message to Kevin Mansell - Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl's Corporation - Email Address that said:

I am beyond frustrated. I made a return on 12/19 and was told because it was a larger amount I would receive it from corporate within 10 days. I have since made over 30, yes 30 phone calls to your corporate number with either a system that says "all circuits are busy" or " our system is currently down" I have left messages and emails for the director of customer service with no response. I cannot believe Kohl's is run this way. I have been a faithful customer for years and this is just horrible!!
