ANIL sent a message to Harry Hohmeister - CEO, Swiss International Air Lines - Email Address that said:
I had my flight from Delhi to Toronto via Zurich on 22nd Dec'15.I had an extra luggage (22Kg) for which I was charged wrong amount. I was charged equivalent of USD 200 instead of CSD 150.I had pointed this out when they asked for payment but the floor Manager of Swiss Airlines said that the system allows them to charge USD 200 instead of CSD 150 and I should claim the extra amount once I reach my destination (Toronto,Canada).I have lodged a complaint at the Swiss Airlines website too along with the ticket and charges receipts. Please have my money refunded.
