Please research all correspondence connected to this order. It has been an unbelievable experience! My last telephone conversation regarding this was with Besiree on 12/29. I was assured by her that I would receive the refund on this chair by the New Year. She assured me that her "lead" contacted Las Vegas for the rma # and credit will be processed. I even received a 30.00 gift card already from her for all the trouble surrounding my experienced. However still no $650.73 credit has appeared. My last call with Besiriee was at least the 4th call assuring me my credit was being processed. Also, many emails back and forth with customer service. Still no refund! Please help!
