Dear Sir/Madam,
First I would like to say that I am a first time customer and owner of Ford and Ford product, and unfortunately will probably be my last time purchasing a product through Ford. The experience that I have had with Ford and Ford's product is repulsive and the imagines that Ford portrays in its marketing; showing that you have the best product on the market is dishonest. I have done numerous attempts but have failed to have a product fixed through my dealer. Allow me to explain my circumstances on why I am so opposed to Ford's product.
I just recently purchased a Ford F-150 Pick up truck, the day that I went to take possession of the vehicle there was already a problem with the vehicle. The dealer stated there was an issue with the fuel pump modulator. The part was replaced, and I was on my way. A day later my family and I took a trip and when we arrived 2 hours later, we pulled into the parking lot. The vehicle started to idle like a diesel motor. On our way Home, the transmission started to slam into gears when shifting. I have not owned the vehicle for more than 3 days and the vehicle is already been in the shop more times than I see my own kids. The last update I heard on the vehicle at the dealership was the engine may need to be replaced. Iâm sorry but I think a vehicle made by a well known company should have lasted me a lot longer than only 3 days. I am very unhappy with the way how Fordâs product is, and to think that I paid $20,000 on a large paperweight has me very upset.
Regards,
Christopher
