Willamenia sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. that said:
We had prism TV installed and never had any type of service from day one. It froze up for hours on end! We had it for 5 miserable weeks! In that period of time there were over 6 technicians that came out but could not trouble shoot the problem! One technician advised us to cancel services.
Office visits and telephone calls to service department were to no avail! We tried to dispute the early cancellation charge but were told that we couldn't because when CenturyLink flipped the switch for service , we had it and they charged us for it whether we had TV service or not!
We NEVER had 1 full day of uninterrupted TV after prism was turned on.
Is that truly the way you want your company run?
