Daniel sent a message to Terry J. Lundgren- Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Macy's, Inc.- email address that said:
Mr. Lundgren...I have prepared a two page letter directed to your attention through e-mail.
As a retired executive from a public company; I hope it reaches your desk understanding what letters eventually reach the CEO or not with their ultimate and vast responsibility to many different stakeholders.
If you like to get further insight on a 'less than desirable' situation bordering on an 'unacceptable' customer experience involving multiple departments within Macy's; I believe you'll find my letter of interest.
The note is being sent 1/20 or near this date...I am waiting for some receipt information.
