I am so dissatisfied with your company and the service I have received. I signed – Scott Nolen email address

Patti sent a message to Scott Nolen -“ President and CEO of Truly Nolen International email address that said:

I am so dissatisfied with your company and the service I have received. I signed up for service in November of last year and on Monday of this week my son called to cancel my service. Your company is not deaf and hearing impaired friendly, I get treated as though I am stupid. Hello!! It is my ears that dont work not my brain. I have paid into something and have not gotten any results. I cancelled to have my to-be-son in law mouse proof my home. I thought that was the type of service I was going to get with your company. However, they came and set traps in the crawl space then I was told to CALL when I heard the mice. HEARD!!! I can not hear and I reminded them of that. I can not CALL!!! I was setting traps before your representatives came and clearing them also. That seems to be what I still do and paid $145 to set up the service and $38 a month. I would love to shout it from the roof top that your company sucks!!! I am driving to the office in Midway Utah when I get off work. The money was taken out of my account after the service was cancelled. You or someone really needs to work more closely with your customers.
