Hello Mark, I’ve been driving Fords since I was a boy, sitting on my dad’s – Mark Fields email address

Javier sent a message to Mark Fields President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:

Hello Mark, I've been driving Fords since I was a boy, sitting on my dads lap driving a 1967 F100. Which later became my truck. Sadly I traded it in for a Ford Topaz. That car was a bad design. Over the years Ive owned several old Fords and many new Ford cars and trucks. I currently own one F250, Contour, Fusion, and 3 Focuses. I have a large family and got them all Fords. I have family and friends around the world. Some who Ive talked into Ford. Years pass I know at least two different hitch hikers who where impressed with my 4X4 Rangers. Yeah picking up hitch hike is a practice I stopped. But people still walk up to me in parking lots to talk about my cars. Why I dont know. Now here is the problem, my 2012 Focus, which m wife now drives. I thought the second time I had the transmission fixed would be the last. Which is why I brought a 2016 Focus. But the transmission has already slipped on her twice, once in rush hour traffic. In trying to get over to the shoulder with no power control she was almost hit. My youngest was in the car with her. I contacted Ford customer care to get help and I was rejected and lied to. They told me on the phone if I did not agree with their decision, that I could call the number on the back of my owners manual. I called back and found out since it was rejected, I have no recourse and there is NO other number to call. Can you please look into this.

Thank you,

Javier
