Long time no talk. I am back from China (second time) after establishing the Dealership Network Plan for Shanghai GM (finished in 2013) I was recruited by Jaguar Land Rover to return to Shanghai to establish a dealership network growth plan for their new JLR China JV. Finished the job this past August and now back at home in Sarasota, Fl looking for the next venture. I too was born in 1953 and not in a hurry to stay home. Let me know if you see any need in Group 1 for a well experienced auto guy.
Sorry things never worked out for an opportunity for Group 1 in China. As we discussed, very risky for a publicly traded firm (or any US investor)
